Cervical Disc Syndrome What Do You Think Of Pain Shots In The Spine To Manage Pain?

What do you think of pain shots in the spine to manage pain? - cervical disc syndrome

I have arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I had two operations on the cervical spine. I have 4 or 5 slices of melted metal and screws in the spine. More surgery may not help. No assurance of good results. Also back pain.

I have to work this work and filming for a while, then no more. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue and had back surgery so I know what happens.

I get the best pain relief for deep tissue massage therapy. I did this three times a week. It's literally all he manages the pain and keep me informed. There really notice this option before you do anything intrusive.

Apply heat on his back for twenty minutes several times a day. This will help relax the muscles.

Anti-inflammatory drugs may help the pain, if you find one that suits you. This is a trial-and-error method.

I included a link to an article I wrote about fibromyalgia and gives us some ideas for the self.
